your race
built around your date
tell grid your race date and it builds a full periodized block from today to the start line. every week has a purpose. no guesswork.
your targets
train for what your race demands
grid identifies the stations and movements that cost competitive athletes the most time — and builds specific work around closing those gaps.
your setup
works with what you have
no skierg? no sled? tell grid what's in your gym and every session is built around your actual equipment. no substitutions needed.
coaching
responds when it gets hard

your progress
see exactly where you're getting faster
skierg splits, row times, bbj distance, sandbag pace. track every benchmark week over week so you always know the work is working.
race day
full protocol built in
nutrition, hydration, warm-up, station handoffs. your complete race day plan built into the app from day one — not an afterthought.
my story
I was on pace for a personal record.
Hybrid Race Las Vegas. Everything was going to plan — until approaching station 6, farmers carry, I felt it. Both quads. Both calves. Cramping so severe I had to stop mid-race for medical attention. In that moment I knew the PR wasn't the goal anymore. Finishing was.
And I finished. But something didn't sit right after that race.
I went home and logged everything. Every station split. Every nutrition decision. Every hydration mistake. Every moment my body failed me when I needed it most. Then I spent months researching — YouTube, articles, coaches, athletes — looking for a real answer.
What I found wasn't an answer. It was a gap.
Every program I tried was built for someone else. A different athlete. A different schedule. A different gym. Nobody was training specifically for their hybrid racing. They were just training and hoping it would translate on race day.
So I built GRID.
